SXCJ, Department of Political Science

 

 

 The Department of Political Science, St Xavier’s College, Jaipur organised its first ever Book Review Competition on “Bookmarked- Let the Words Sink in” on 6th January, 2021. The competition not just adhered to the technicalities of reviewing a book but also urged the participants to share their thoughts and feelings pertaining to a work of their choice which came under the following genres: Non – Fiction, Poetry, Academic, Autobiographies and Biographies. The esteemed judge for the event was Rev Fr Dr Raymond Cherubin who assessed the zealous participants depicting their views and thoughts on a book of their choice. It was an effort to indulge the participants in a discussion upon various works that are intellectually enthralling and highly thought-provoking which is a win-win situation for everybody.
